We don’t accept insurance. But with codes that we can provide, you can submit it to your insurance to see if they will reimburse you.

The lab requires us to submit a date of birth with each lab test in order to verify your identity. It helps ensure that they have matched the lab test/results with the correct patient, especially if there are multiple patients with the same name.

We require that you set up a profile on our patient portal so that we can conveniently and compliantly send you your test results per HIPAA guidelines.

Nope! Our patient portal is totally free. All you need to do is follow the instructions given in the invite email to set up your portal.

The amount of time it takes to receive your results depends on the test ordered, the lab’s demand, efficiency, and whether or not any unforeseen delays happen. If there are any delays from the labs, we will do our best to notify you. We have given an estimated turnaround time in the description of each lab test for your reference. This estimate is determined by the lab and is subject to change.

Once we receive your test results from the lab, we will upload them to your profile in our patient portal and send them to you. You should see a notification in your messages that we have sent you a document. In the message itself, there will be a pdf document of your results that you can view and download.

We understand that lab results can be unfamiliar to most patients and thus hard to understand. All lab test sales are final. Because these kits are personalized and tied to lab processing, we’re not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been placed.
