Refund Policy

We want your experience with Thompson Wellness Collective to be smooth from start to finish, so here’s the scoop on lab test kit orders:

All lab test sales are final.

Because these kits are personalized and tied to lab processing, we’re not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order has been placed.

That said, if your test kit never arrives, or gets lost or damaged on the way to you, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Just reach out to us within 14 days of your order confirmation, and once we confirm the shipping issue, we’ll send out a replacement kit at no cost to you.

A couple quick notes

  • We can’t replace or refund kits that have already been used, registered, or processed by the lab.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to make sure your kit gets to you without a hitch!
